Since February, SHINTS Co., Ltd. has introduced a selective working hours system for employees raising children under the age of 12 or in the sixth grade or below. Previously, the company had already implemented a staggered commuting system, a type of flexible work arrangement. With the addition of this new policy, SHINTS aims to enhance its employee benefits and support a better balance between work and family life.

Under this new system, employees with young children are required to work from 10 AM to 3 PM, but they have the flexibility to adjust the remaining working hours according to their needs. This allows them to focus more on childcare.


Meanwhile, on February 28, SHINTS distributed performance-based bonuses to all employees based on the company's 2024 business performance. Since 2023, the company has been awarding annual performance bonuses to all employees based on the previous year's business results.

Chairman Mrs. Shin stated, “Allocating 25% of the company’s annual profits to employee bonuses is crucial for enhancing work motivation and fostering a sense of ownership within the company.” SHINTS plans to continue promoting a fair reward system to build a more rational and performance-driven corporate culture.
