On the 3rd, high-performance apparel manufacturer Shin Textile Solutions Co., Ltd. held an inauguration ceremony for its newly appointed CEO, Cha Jong-in. Former CEO Shin Geum-shik was promoted to Chairman, forming a new leadership structure alongside Chairman Cha Min-ho.
The ceremony was attended by company executives and related stakeholders, concluding successfully. In his inaugural address, CEO Cha Jong-in expressed his commitment to listening to employees and enhancing workplace efficiency. He also pledged to maximize shareholder value and share the company’s success with employees.

With this leadership transition, SHINTS aims to fortify its management framework and drive continuous growth. Additionally, he is committed to establishing sustainable management strategies that fulfill the company’s social responsibilities and fostering stronger collaboration with clients.
He will officially assume his position as CEO following approval at the annual general meeting of shareholders in March.
